Orders are dispatched from our UK-based warehouse. We ship via DPD within the United Kingdom and DHL for international deliveries.
Kindly ensure that all billing and shipping information provided at checkout is accurate, as we are unable to amend address details once an order has been placed.

Returns
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at orders@copala.world within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. A pre-paid return label will be provided upon approval.
All items must be returned in their original, unused condition — including all packaging and accessories. We are unable to accept returns for items that are worn, damaged, or altered. Copala does not accept responsibility for items damaged after receipt.
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs clearly showing the defect. Our team will review the issue and advise on next steps.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer complimentary exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, please email orders@copala.world with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange.
As with returns, items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging included.

Orders
